Constant evaluation is key to improve our outcome in the region and thus to achieve our goals. The evaluation studies conducted keep into account the standards of evaluation by the German Evaluation Society (DeGEval-Standards 2001). Moreover, the evaluation kept into account the international evaluation criteria of OECD-DAC, with a focus on outcomes and impact.  

The impact in the region goes beyond numbers and aims to have a long-term effect. However, but numbers count and make our work traceable and comparable among other projects and regions. The trainings conducted in Zambia between 2013 and May 2022 are evidence for our successful performance and vision to make the Business Simulation Trainings sustainable and independent.
