MFI Management Game is a highly interactive training for senior and middle managers as well as for high potentials who want to understand how the performance of a Microfinance Institution (MFI) can be improved by best management practices.

MFI Management Game in Zambia

The MFI Management Game is a new addition to the already existing Business Games in Southern Africa. The first MFI game/training was conducted in Zambia in the year 2020. The training consisted of senior and middle managers from; the Bank of Zambia, various commercial banks and  microfinance institutions (MFIs). The game/training was conducted for a period of 6 days with a focus on understanding how the performance of a microfinance institution can be improved through best management practices.
