Franziska Dost took on the role as Project Manager and Country Representative early 2022. She is holding a Masters in African Studies from the University of Leipzig and has several years of experience in managing and implementing projects with private sector and Government Institutions aiming at business growth, institutional capacity building and training provision.

Robert Skeva joined German Sparkassenstiftung (DSIK) in August 2022 as a Junior Short Term Consultant under the project of Promotion of Small Scale Entrepreneurship in Southern Africa. He got promoted from Junior Short Term Consultant to the Office Administrator in May 2023.

He holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Agricultural Enterprise Development and Microfinance from Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUANAR). He is also a LUANAR Trainer of the DSIK Microbusiness Game Simulation (MBG).

Feston Likatho joined German Sparkassenstiftung (DSIK) in August 2022 as an Office Administrator for Malawi office and he moved to the position of Consultant in May 2023. Feston Likatho holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Enterprise Development and Microfinance and a pending MSc in Agribusiness Management.

Before joining the German Sparkassenstiftung, Feston Likatho has implemented projects under GIZ, Reserve Bank of Malawi, Development Aid from People to People, Kajwo Foundation, Global Communities, Salvation Army and Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources as a development specialist. Among other skills, he is a trainer of DSIK business games.

Mwai Chilomo joined German Sparkassenstiftung (DSIK) in August 2022 as a Junior Short-Term Consultant under the project of Promotion of Small-Scale Entrepreneurship in Southern Africa. She moved to the position of consultant in May 2023. Mwai holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agribusiness Management from Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUANAR).

Before joining DSIK, Mwai worked with the National Economic Empowerment Fund as a Loan Officer. She also worked with Kirk Agribusiness and Trade Development Centre as an Agribusiness and Marketing Development Officer. Mwai is also a LUANAR Trainer of the DSIK Microbusiness Game Simulation (MBG).

Getrude joined German Sparkassenstiftung for International Cooperation (DSIK) in April 2023 as a junior consultant. She is a holder of Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Entreprise Development and Microfinance. She did a research paper on Assessing if business training affects the performance of small and Medium Enterprises. She worked with Blantyre District Agricultural Development Office (DADO) in the implementation of Agricultural Commercialization project (AGCOM).

Wezzie Saka did a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Enterprise Development and Microfinance and a Certificate in financial accounting.

Joined German Sparkassenstiftung (DSIK) on 1 April 2023 as junior Consultant.
